Screen Printing Set Up Charges (A):
Spot Color Screens: $18.00 (A) per color
Spot Color Films: $18.00 (A) per color
Re-orders only need screens if using the original art. Edits require new film.
PROCESS PRINTING(B):
(ALWAYS FIGURE IN 6 COLORS) MIN. 72, SCREEN CHARGES $40.00 (B). FOR COLORED T-SHIRTS; WHITE UNDERLAY ADD $40.00 (B). FILM CHARGES $18.00 (B). Process printing on Colored T-Shirts add $0.60 (B) per location
Additional Charges (A):
Roll Bags, Towels, Sleeve and Leg Prints: Add $0.30 (A) per location
Caps: Add $0.20 (A) per location (max colors: 4)
Sweatshirts: Add $0.20 (A) per location
Jackets: Add $2.00 (A) per location (ONE COLOR ONLY)
Polyester or Mesh Jerseys: Add $0.50 per location
On or Above Pocket: Add $0.20 (A) per location
Metallic Ink or Puff Ink : Add $0.50 (A) per ink color
Polybagging: Add $0.60 (A) per bag if we supply bags.
Color Changes and PMS Color Matches: Add $10.00 (A) per ink color
Stretch additive: used on items with LYCRA or SPANDEX Add $0.50 (A) per ink color per location
Flashing: Add $0.30 (A) per location (add if ink is lighter then item)
Indvidual Names: 1 color ink $10.00 (A)
Indvidual Numbers: 1 color; black or white only, 8 inches high $ 3.00 (A) per digit.
Artwork: billed at $60.00 (A) per hour
Electronic Proofs: mandatory on all orders including reorders $10.00 (A) per proof
IF ITEMS ARE NOT ALL THE SAME CHARGE FOR EACH DIFERENT ITEM SEPARATLEY. EXAMPLE 8 SHORTS, 8 JACKETS, 8 T-SHIRTS,
THESE ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED AT 6 - 23 PIECES NOT 24.
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage, (4% on dark).
We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% (4% on darks) whichever is greater.
Production Time: 10-12 business days once an order is received & complete.
RUSH CHARGES
When available; 3 - 4 days add 25%, 2 - 3 days add 35%. The day the order is placed does not count for one of these days.
